  • Vendor fees will range from $500 to $750, depending on the type of booth and other provided amenities

    All vendors fees are included in detail in the vendor application

  • Vendor Fee covers tent space, social promotion, tables and chair, access to power and on-site support

  • Vendor setup begins early morning on event day. All booths must be fully ready 1 hour before the festival opens. Teardown begins only after the event ends.

  • The event is rain or shine. Tents will be provided. The show must go on!

  • Vendors are selected via a carefully curated process.

    We prioritize vendors who:

    • Represent African or Afro-Caribbean culture

    • Offer high-quality food, art, fashion, or experiences

    • Align with the values and mission of the festival

    Space is limited and demand is high — we recommend applying early.

  • Food vendors and some service-based vendors may be required to provide liability insurance. We’ll share details in your confirmation package if applicable
